ANTI-RAP DISCLAIMER

1. I am NOT racist. Racism is one of the most disgusting things on the Earth.
Rap promotes racism. That's one of the main reasons why I hate rap.

2. "I respect your opinion, but..." If you respect my opinion so damned much,
what the hell is the "but" for dammit?!?

3. Nobody said you have to come here. If you don't like this page, THEN LEAVE,
build your own site, oppose me, send me all the hate mail u want to(shit for brains)
just leave, that is....if you remember how you got here.

4. I am not telling you to not listen to rap. I am simply voicing my opinion.
If you have a problem with that, THEN BLOW IT OUT YOUR ASS.

6. Calling me a "bitch", "cracker" or any other racist or vulgar name like that will only
prove my point about rappers and their fans. If you want to change my opinion,
then I suggest you don't try by yelling at me like a 5 year old.

7. Truthfully, I don't care if you like rap or not. I can't stand it. So as
long as you keep it out of my face, I have no problem what-so-ever with it.

OK, you're probably going to ignore this disclaimer, and send me hate mail, But
hey, you'd just be making a fool of yourself, but if it makes you feel
better....then whatever.

Why hate rap?
1. It kills brain cells. Yeah, it is true that heavy metal kills more
brain cells than rap does, but metal kills the ones you don't use, rap
kills the ones you use like the ones that control vocal cords (that's why rappers are so
ignorant).

2. It makes you start wearing your clothes backwards. This is part of the
dead brain cell thing, but I thought I should mention it, as a warning

3. It slurs your speech real bad. This is bad enough, but on top of it, it
makes you think up your own, new words. That could come in handy I guess, but
it kinda makes you look like a idiot when it happens.

4. You start spending all your money on speakers for your car, and movie
soundtracks, such as Free Willie, The Lion King, and The Bodyguard. Ask
yourself: "Do I own the Bodyguard or White Men Can't Jump soundtracks?"

5. You are compelled to treat women like sluts and call them one of those
words you made up, maybe hoochie or beeyotch (don't ask).

6. You begin to worship corporate, selling-out rap "artists". You feel
like your life is a quest to get "Da Benjamins" just like Puffy and Ma$e.
Further, you will probably be compelled to believe that 2-Schlock and the
Notorious D.O.A. are still alive and breathing, as well as any other rappers who may
have died by the time you read this.

7. You begin to feel that its necessary to spend an insane amount of "da benjamins" on
a pair of shoes to increase your "vertical", even though these shoes really dont do
anything for you and arent any better than $5 K-marts.

8. Jewelry. (Don't you think you're overdoing it, i always thought it was a girl thing

9. You wear clothes that are approximately 15 sizes too large for you. A
Good indication of this is whether or not three or more people can fit
into one leg of your pants. Another good indication is whether or not
people can see the bottom of your boxers above the top of your pants.

10. You just start to suck real bad

FAQ

If you hate rap so much why don't you just not listen to it?
Because it is not that easy. Rap is taking over, there is no way to not listen
to it. What the hell do you expect when you buy 4 twelve inch woofers and strap
them to your car, me not to hear? God, this is all I can do to keep from going
insane from all these people driving on my street 24 hours a day shaking my
whole house.

You must have no life to make a page like this.
Actually I do have a life. What does it matter anyway? You obviously don't

I hate rock but you don't see me devoting a whole page to it, why are you so pissed off?
Every day I see some guy on MTV talking to a midi drum beat, and I think, this
guy is a millionaire! This guy is making a living by doing this crap, not
flipping burgers as his qualifications would dictate. Can you see where I am
going here? If people weren't brainwashed into thinking rap is cool the world
would just, flat out, be a better place.

Rock is just a bunch of morons screaming about nothing.
This page was not really made to defend rock, I don't care what you listen too,
as long as it isn't rap, but I will defend it anyway since rap lovers bring it
up in everything. Rock actually has something to it. The lyrics are not
standard like many other types of music (Rap: homies in the hood, Country:
I'm sad because my wife drank all my beer and ran away with my best friend's
dog) but who really gives anyway? I know I don't. You want lyrics, GO READ
POETRY! People listen to music for the MUSIC, and rock has music! Have you
noticed that everything that applies to music does not apply to rap? Have you
ever seen rap sheet music? Are there rap appreciation courses offered in
college? Do people practice their whole lives to become rappers? NO! Do you
know why there are so many rap compilation tapes out there, like Bass Beats,
and Bass Bumpers, and Bass Anything-else? Because anyone can make a rap album,
and they do! Think about it people!

But rap has good beats.
Who cares? Im not the the african jungle....in this world.... IT SUX!

You are pretty narrow minded not to open yourself to a different style of music.
Ahhh! Stop calling it music, dammit! Anyway, no, I'm very open minded. I listen
to all types of music; rock, metal, some alternative, some punk......rock
and.........metal SO BITE ME.
You like poetry and rap music is just poetry to a beat
There you go calling it music again, all music is poetry to a beat....but we
can all be critical bout what poetry we like......meaning we can also be critical
about what music we like...i like "music"....not rap, or R&B for that matter

WHY DO I HATE RAP
First and foremost (and the reason that I have always given) is the sound. I do
not see how a person who grew up anywhere except in the jungles of Africa could
like these jungle beats and rhythms. I am sorry, but groups like Arrested
Development sound like they are some kind of African tribe and do not need to
be given air time on American radios and music television. Nor do any
hip-hop, rap or R&B group. They all sound terrible. Especially the things that
have been coming out over the summer of 1998. Puff Daddy, Ma$e, The Lox,
Masta P, Foxy Brown, Lil Kim, Missy Elliot, on and on.

Second, these people have no musical talent whatsoever. Everybody always talks
about these talented rappers, but the truth is that it takes no talent at all
to make a rap song/album. They program the music on a synthesizer and then rap
along, which anybody could do, I don't care what people say. There is no talent
in rapping along with music. I can come up with lyrics and rhythms for lyrics
just as well as professional rappers. In fact, anybody can, I don't care how
funkless they are. And speaking of instruments, have you ever heard the
following conversation?

Fan: "I think your band is great. Hey you there, what instrument do you play?"

Rapper: "I program the drum machine, homie."

Fan: "Wow!!!! What talent!!! You must have an engineering degree!"

That would never happen, because the person who programs the drum machine
demands (and receives) no respect.

Rap has an inherently negative message. All rap is about is rebelling against
everything: cops, the gubment (goverment), school, parents, any authority, and
even your spouse/lover. Rap encourages people to do everything that is socially
unacceptable. Even when rap has a supposedly good message, there is always some
kind of bad message. I mean, come on, it's alright to whine "I don't wanna do
what my Mommy and Daddy say" when you're 14 years old, but when you're an
adult, there comes a point when you have to grow up and accept that life is
life and you are going to have to do what authorities say. Everybody has
somebody to answer to.
I know that other forms of music tend to carry rebellious messages, but when
did you hear a rock song tell you to kill all cops on sight and rape women?
